Common questions.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled turn are charged 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 100% — the team is already dispatched and the slot can’t be refilled. Guest no-shows: we still come and confirm. If the property is in clean condition, you’re only charged a $35 trip fee.

How does invoicing work?

Recurring hosts are invoiced monthly with itemized turns. One-time bookings are paid at scheduling. Stripe, ACH, and check accepted.

Do you handle guest damage?

We document everything in the post-turn photo report. You're notified within 30 minutes of any damage discovered. Repair coordination available as a separate service.

Do you serve outside Waco?

We currently serve Waco, McLennan County, and surrounding areas within 25 miles. Properties in Hewitt, Woodway, China Spring, Bellmead, and Robinson are all in-network.

What about residential cleaning?

We accept select residential clients in the off-season for revenue smoothing. Pricing on request — get in touch through the quote form.
