Our story
Built in Waco.
Waco's short-term rental market has exploded since Magnolia Market opened — over a thousand active listings now serve four million annual visitors. But quality has not kept up. Hosts rotate through residential cleaners hoping for the right fit, only to lose review points to missed details that hotel housekeepers would never let slip.
Keystay was founded to close that gap. We hire trained housekeepers, build property-specific checklists, photo-document every turn, and run the kind of quality control that boutique hotels run. The work isn't fancy — it's just done with discipline.
We're locally owned, locally operated, and we know every neighborhood — from the Magnolia District to Cameron Park to the Heritage Square lofts downtown.
